You Can Not Have A Positive Life And A Negative Mind

From Negative to Positive life: Why Transform Your Life by Changing Your Thoughts

Positive Life… What is it? Does it mean living in a big house, having money to fulfill your every desire, having a beautiful good-looking you, becoming a perfect family, or being the envy of the world? If yes, then why are there so many rich people who are sad, unhappy, and depressed? If material things were supposed to bring us happiness then the world should be happier compared to past generations. After all, we have more amenities and more freedom of choice than before yet somehow we aren’t still satisfied.

Or does a positive life mean living your life in a meaningful way,  no matter what curveball life throws at you? How do you live life when faced with tough situations?

Jesus said,” Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”

Your inner beauty should shine in all circumstances. How we behave and react in life is very important.

To have a positive life means to love your life in such a way that your work sets the world on fire. No matter what you face in your life, be it war, discrimination, hardships, etc., your choices, and your reactions to hardships should light up this dark world and people should be wowed by the way you live your life.

Take the example of Mother Teresa. She is one of those ladies who set the world on fire by humbling herself to help the needy. She lived in a foreign land and faced a lot of tough situations to do what she believed in. But she was a light to this world due to her works, her actions, and her attitudes.

People flocked to see her, presidents bowed down before her, and royalty visited her. Why? She was not loaded with expensive branded clothes, botoxed to look young forever or have a party life. She wasn’t an inspirational guru.

Mother Teresa was a simple lady with a simple lifestyle. All she did was to help people and she did this consistently, and faithfully and she changed the world. She lit the dark world with her actions and attitude.

This here is an example of positive life !

But one can’t have a positive life with negative chatter in your brain.

Negative thinking freezes a person and stops them from taking any action. Negative thoughts encourage fear. This leads to inertia. Fear also leads people to do stupid things.

To transform the world, one must have a can-do attitude. One must have hope.

John F. Kennedy dreamt of going to the moon and then technology was made around it to land us on the moon.

Elon Musk dreamed of electric cars and wrote about them in a college essay long before the technology was present.

Mother Teresa strongly felt to help the poor before she became so influential.

You can’t have a dark mind and get positive results. You have to surround yourself with positive people and think forward to get positive life.

Albert Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you can not help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

We live in our brains. We live through our thoughts. Have you noticed that sometimes while you are so engrossed, thinking about a situation, of a purely fictional nature, your heart rate goes up and it feels like you are experiencing it in real life? It’s as if your body is in one place, but your mind has traveled and lived this experience. This is an example of how our thinking affects the outcome of our lives.

A positive life is an impactful life. Positive life leaves the world a better place. One can’t feed on negativity and expect hopeful outcomes.
